A Border Collie's Question

"Tell me again, why do we have donkeys and horses?  Sticks grow on trees after all and they're much more fun."

  1. Because they have velvet noses....... :)

(But a doggie is more fun to take a nap with.....)

  2. Does that cuddly looking Tanner get to sleep in the bed?

    1. Tanner sleeps with me or on the couch. I don't like him laying on the hard floor, it is bad for his arthritis. I yell at my dog for NOT jumping on the furniture.

  4. Thanks so much for the package! The girls wanted to know the story behind Ramsey. We have a dog named the same : )

    1. This was actually very tame game of stick, but it is one of the few times I have caugt any of it with the camera. Tanner HATES the camera and will instantly quit every activity if he sees it pointed at him. I guess he is afraid it is going to steal his soul.

  7. Very fun. Love the collie pictures. Reminds me so much of ours. How does your collie get along with the donkeys? Our donkey has not made friends with any of our dogs and our collies are good at listening, so they will stay back when I'm going out to "see" Daisy.

    1. They have a sort of wary treaty and generally aviod each other. Emma will go after strange dogs, but she mostly ignores Tanner. Whenever I am with the donkeys, Tanner hangs back and watches from a distance. I really wish they would get along and go hiking togeter with me, but I can't convine either to have anything to do with the idea.
