What WERE You Thinking?

"Do you see the crazy stuff that puppy does?  And Ma thinks WE get in the way?!"

"Look at that devil..."

"It's shocking, absolutely SHOCKING!"

"Good thing us sweet, innocent donkeys would NEVER do such things." Not where anyone could catch us on video anyway....

"Seriously Ma, what WERE you thinking bringing that thing home?"

"Just look at him, he's a TOTALLY psycho Border Collie puppy...."

".....WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?????"

    1. Farm Buddy!!! Is there such a thing as a boring dog? There used to be a whippet at our local dog park ( I know, so urban)! who would lead a circle of 20 dogs in a twenty minute race/run that was hilarious. Every dog has its day!!

    2. Blah, Blah, Blah, whippet, flip it.....I must tell you a story... back in my dairy days, I had my first border collie, Lark, and beside herding cows all day and otherwise managing the farm, she was a superb Frisbee player. Well somehow I learned about a competition called the Ashley Whippet Frisbee Competition. So in continuing with my present arrogant attitude, I wrote the Ashley Whippet people a letter asking them about this contest. I told them to please send me information about their competition, as my dog, Lark, could certainly have dogs like Ashley Whippet for lunch in between managing the farm and winning Frisbee contests! Naturally, they did send me the info, assuming that a mere farmer and cow dog would not pose a threat. Now we never did get to face the famous Ashley Whippet, but Lark did go on to win the state Frisbee contest in 1994! It is true, whippets are fast, and they can jump, but when you are talking about brain power added to a true athlete, nothing compares to a psycho border collie! Whippets ARE nice dogs, but our Kris needs a border collie!
