"Hey Ramsey"
"YEAH?"
"Are you ready to show everybody the uni-brow you've been working on for the winter?"
"OH YEAH! i EVEN TOOK A BATH AND EVERYTHING SO i'D BE READY FOR MY PICTURE."
"i'VE BEEN WORKING HARD TO GET JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF EYE COVERAGE. MOM SAYS IT WILL KEEP THE SNOW STUFF OUT OF MY EYES AND IT'S IMPORTANT TO KEEP MY HEAD WARM. i DON'T WANNA GET COLD YOU KNOW?"
"Oh, I do know. You don't want to be cold."
"Um, say Ramsey, I thought you said you took a bath? You look a wee bit dusty."
"OH GOOD! THAT MUST MEAN i DID A GOOD JOB. i TOOK AN EXTRA DUST BATH IN THE HAY JUST FOR YOU."
"Ah well, you certainly did do a good job."
"YUP, MOM SHOWED ME HOW. IT WAS FUN."
What a wonderful little guy he is! Mom's a beauty, too!
ReplyDeleteHe is so darn cute! Buddy has that unibrow when he has his winter coat too! LOL
ReplyDeleteI love this little guy. You do a great job telling his stories :-).
ReplyDeleteRamsey, you are one beautiful boy.
ReplyDeleteHis winter coat really is getting long. Makes me wonder, why the "little bald spot" on his nose? Can hardly wait to see what color he sheds out to, come spring.
ReplyDeleteThat little bald spot is actually a whorl. My mini-donks have the same thing!
DeleteThat is the center of a large whorl in his hair. Most donkeys have them, but I have never seen another where it is a different color the way it is on Ramsey. Old time horsemen used to say that a whorl below the eyes indicated intelligence and good temperament. It sure seems to be true:)
DeleteHe sure is a cute little rascal. And Momma is so pretty. Love the donks.
ReplyDeleteGetting his winter wool I see. Little rascal!
ReplyDelete"whirl"? a whirley flower, I'd say.
ReplyDeleteWell it sure is a cute uni-brow!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your note on my "then and now" post. You mentioned I now needed a donkey. So, I've stopped by to pick up adorable "Ramsey"! :-)
