I am continually astounded when livestock is held at bay by an electric line. My horse (when I had one) couldn't give a rat's patoot about the electric fence. He'd get popped day after day, but look so proud of himself when he's be eating grass on the other side of the fence. Are these cattle friendly? They really look like I should be scratching their foreheads. :)
What can I say, Ayrshires are just naturally weird!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful animals. The one is marked like Elsie the Bordon Cow. Whose are they?

They are friendly cattle, although bratty! They will DEMAND attention unless a person (or dog) puts them kindly in their place.
DeleteThis is one fine display of bovine intellectual curiosity! :)
