I wish we had more days like this: 70 degrees, sunny, breezy, beautiful.
A walk in the woods with the world's greatest dog...
A trail ride on a good horse...
...with a good Riding Buddy.
A bit of donkey trekking and Ramsey silliness...
An hour spent working in the garden as the sun goes down and the tiniest sliver of a moon appears in its place.
Sweet corn for supper and negotiating with the dog for the best corner of the couch.
The good days go by so fast, grab them while you can.
What's the little ear doily for? flies?
ReplyDeleteYes, it keeps the gnats out of the ears. It's a wee but small for Ramsey:)
DeleteCouldn't agree more!
ReplyDeleteBoy! All the grass is something to behold. There is a expression meaning real contentment and joy -- something about "high pasture" or (?) Does anybody remember?
ReplyDeleteIs it "high cotton" you're thinking of?
DeleteWow I love where you get to ride!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am SO GLAD your spring has finally come!
ReplyDeleteOh that looks wonderful. Our spring has leaped into summer with 80's and humid right now. Thank goodness we got some much needed rain last night but it looks like we got a fast hard inch. Maybe the rain that comes will be on and off and light for the next day or so.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got out to ride!
I wanted to last night but had some 'honey dos' to get done!
Certainly a beautiful weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat does look like a great day !
ReplyDeleteOh I do love those type of days too.
I hope you have many more :)
Truly sounds and looks like a day of perfection! I love it when that happens!
ReplyDeleteLovely day!
ReplyDeleteYeah :-)
