She is not upset, she is asleep. She always "parks" her ears in that position when she is dozing:) Although she is not quite so tolerant or fond of the cat as Ramsey is. The cat did try to use her as a scratching post a time or two.
That's really sweet! My donkeys try very hard to be nice to the cats but usually get too rambunctious and playful - that cats don't trust them at all! Glad to see you got some sunshine over there!
How do you determine when to blanket? I rarely blanket my horse but he'll be 30 this year so have pulled it out more this year than any other. But the donks are young and healthy, haven't used one for them. Actually don't even have blankets for them! So second question is, where did you purchase them?
