In his younger years, Scout would sleep on the couch, and he and I would happily share, with him taking my cat, Skippy's, position. If I see Bessie on the couch like that, I stretch out behind her, which is very nice and warm on a cold winter day, but she only tolerates it for a short period of time and then leaves to claim my bed. Kelsey refuses to share with anyone, so for now, I am stuck with Skippy, and I have no complaints! However, when Ian arrives, I will train him to be my stomach warmer!!
Aw, everyone looks so adorable.
ReplyDeleteThat's my family!!! Notice handsome brown-eyed Scout, the loyal one, resting right by my head to make sure no one sneaks up and tries to attack me!!
ReplyDeleteElva, don't the dogs object when you usurp their bed? Rebecca2
