Pity Party

We are finally having the wonderful weather everyone around here has been dreaming of all year and I am feeling mighty sorry for myself because I have got the flu.  I am not really good company at the moment so I am going to go find a nice rock to crawl under for a bit. In the meantime, I leave you with some pictures of either the pretty wildlife or the darned annoying pests depending on your point of view.  I will be back in a few days when I am once again on speaking terms with the world, probably about the time it starts raining again.

See, what'd I tell ya?  Not good company.  Make sure to disinfect your computer screens thoroughly!

  6. Hope you feel much better real soon. Your pictures are just beautiful, fall colors and those dear. Love them! We've been having nothing much but rain, some rain and more rain for almost 2 weeks now. Sucks. Cancelling our camp-out this weekend due to no brakes on our trailer and rain. Did I mention the rain? :(
Sorry you're feeling poorly...get some rest.

  8. Poopsticks!!! It's too early for the flu! Hoping RB and FB will come around to make sure you're o.k.
Really nice photos Kris. Did you change the light on the computer or the camera? Well, never mind...probably too much effort to answer. Lots of water... hot with lemon or whatever.

    1. I just turned the flash off as it made thing too washed out looking. Of course, then it was a little too dark. There is probably some setting that would deal with it better but the light was going fast and the deer weren't going to hang out and wait for me:) The hot lemon water sounds good, I'm gonna go try it. Thanks.
