Thank you all for your kind messages and comments. I do appreciate them even when I rarely find the time to answer all of them.
For now, I have to get back to my convalescent job, it's a tough one for me. In the meantime, how about some random Ramsey pictures....
Oh, my... I'm glad you're back and in one... er... most of one piece... and those pictures! Oh MY.

ReplyDeleteWelcome back! So happy to know that you're on the mend. Hugs to all at your place from all at MBF.
ReplyDeleteRemember to take it easy for a while!
Get well soon!!! and a quick recovery to you!!
ReplyDeleteMy hysterectomy was great for me!!! I had to have 3 blood transfusions before I could have the surgery! Due to a golf ball sized fibroid!!!
I am feeling so good now!! A year later!!
I was back cleaning stalls and feeding in a week!
I am glad to hear it made a real difference for you, I am hoping for the same. Thank you.
DeleteWelcome back! Cute pics of Ramsey, what a good mamma Emma is!!
ReplyDeleteThat was very quick!!! I'm glad everything went good. Convalescents those days are not that bad, if you have internet :)
ReplyDeleteAlways good to lighten the load. Surprised and glad to see you back so soon.

I hope that you continue to improve.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to see that Ramsey is continuing the time-honored practice of "donkey playing with traffic cone."
If I may intrude on your personal just a tad, but I'm curious since I seem to have the same unwanted organs (how strange I know). You were able to schedule one surgery to evict both those unruly tenants at the same time? I keep putting off the inevitable just because I don't want to be laid up. But if it's possible to get two birds with one stone I just may jump on the bandwagon. Love your blog, and I love being able to watch Ramsey grow and flourish.
ReplyDeletethanks, in advance.
There is absolutely no reason why you can't combine the surgeries and it is easier to do both at once then as separate operations. The only hard part is finding two surgeons who are willing to work together, they can be such prima-donnas. All of the doctors involved agreed that it was better for me to do it all at once, but I still had to jump through hoops to get it arranged. As long as they can do both things laproscopically have them done at the same time. If your doctor says it won't work, find a new doctor.
DeleteI am glad you are enjoying the blog and good luck.
Wow, you sure made that surgery seem like no big deal! I have always felt that way about those particular organs! LOL! Treacherous indeed! Hope you have a very easy and uneventful recovery also. Love the pictures of the four-legged kiddoes.

ReplyDeleteWas moving into house and missed the surgery post, but so glad it all went well and you are on the couch to recovery. Having little Ramsey to sit and watch should be better than watching anything reality tv can do.
ReplyDeleteGlad to have you back! Rest and take care....
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you're back! Now, patience... Take care!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have some help with the chores for a few days? Ramsey is growing and getting cuter still. Love his "wooliness".
ReplyDeleteGood for you for keeping your mind off your pain and helping yourself heal with the joy that your donkeys bring you.
