I was thinking about getting a used pair of snowshoes.I like the look of your Yakima's. Can you were them with muck boots? Pros and Cons? Any info you can share would be great.
These snowshoes are OK, although I don't have much to compare them with. I can wear them with muck boots and they work well. I tried a pair of Cabella's shoes owned by a friend a few years ago and I liked them better I think, they were lighter.
I am not really the best person to ask about this though as these are the only snowshoes I have ever had and I wear them only out of necessity. I would be very happy to never need them again! That said, if you want to get out in the winter and have to deal with snow, I'd definitely suggest getting a pair. I hope this helps:)
I'm glad your had a short break from the cold. 60 degrees must have felt good there! The fudge is delicious!! Thank you for going out in the cold weather to the post office!! Have a merry Christmas!
Oh those donkey faces in the video - what troopers! We've had snow too but it didn't last, now some sun then rain on the way ... hope you are all warm and happy through the holidays!
weather like we have here in Central Oregon...change of seasons in one day!!! the gang looks very good!
